Your wine tour includes these three destinations:
Your adventure begins in this unique downtown Excelsior Springs mercantile established by Jim and Daphne Bowman in 2005. Enjoy brunch paired with Missouri-made wines in their exquisite wine cellar bistro. Brunch includes made-from-scratch ham and vegetable quiche, spinach salad with fresh berries, and fresh fruit. A chocolate capuccino brownie is served for dessert.

Your second stop is Excelsior’s newest winery venue, Shamrock Hills Vineyard & Winery. Your taste buds will be delighted as they serve wines not only from the Four Horses and a Dog winery that they acquired but their exciting new Shamrock Hills Vineyard Wines they are debuting in 2024! Owners Mike and Denise Riley, along with the entire Shamrock Hills staff, look forward to providing you with an Irish-themed hospitality experience where you are treated as family as they take your wine experience to the next level.

Your final destination is an enjoyable 15-minute trolley ride to beautiful and scenic Van Till Family Farm Winery in Rayville. Here, you will visit the Van Till family known for their warm hospitality, country garden setting, great wine, and wood-fired oven pizza. *If you are part of a group, please let us know the names of everyone in your party, so we can set tables accordingly.

*Excelsior Springs can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the town’s layout, so please plan to arrive with enough time to find parking, use the restroom, etc. Also, many of the shops close at 5pm Saturday and are not open on Sundays, so if you’d like to shop, we recommend shopping Saturday morning. If you are staying at the Elms or Payne Jailhouse and would like the trolley to pick you up there, please let us know in advance and our driver would be happy to do so.

Please understand that the tour cannot wait on you to start if you arrive late. We greatly appreciate your promptness and consideration of our other guests. If you get lost, will be late, or cannot make it for some reason, please call Willow Spring Mercantile at 816-630-7467 to let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
