The Little Trolley is an authentic streetcar-style trolley and can accommodate up to 22 guests. Little Trolley has all the charm to make your event special and can only be used in and around Excelsior Springs. The other two trolleys are able to travel outside of the Excelsior Springs area. One of the larger trolleys has all the features of a city bus including handicap accessibility, but with the charm of real wood seats and brass interior accents. This trolley, also known as Molly Trolley, can comfortably accommodate up to 28 passengers. Our most recent addition, the 3rd trolley, carries the charm of a streetcar-style trolley with the open politician porch on back but all the comforts and convenience of being updated. This trolley, known as Chance Trolley, holds up to 30 passengers and has open bench seating as well as row-seating. Chance trolley also has a microphone/monitor system for announcements, advertisments and karaoke entertainment.

Rental rate is $150 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum which includes gas and driver. Driver gratuity not included but always appreciated. Contact us for rental availability at or at 816-630-6161.

Below are dates for our 2019 Paranormal Tours, registrations are available now!

Paranormal tours include a guided trolley tour around town, a full ghost tour in the Elms Hotel and an in-depth tour at the Hall of Waters. Much of the tour involves walking and stair climbing. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended. All-inclusive tickets are $40 each and must be purchased in advance (no walk ups accepted).  We will have souvenir t-shirts available for pre-order purchase so you can guarantee your quantity and size and pick up day of event. We’ll start you off with heavy appetizers and a cocktail at the 88 at the Elms and a full ghost tour of the historic hotel. Then you’ll hop aboard the trolley and go to Dubious Claims Brewing Co. where you’ll enjoy a dessert paired with a cocktail and hear about their hauntings as well. Guests will then be whisked away to Golf Hill Grille for a spirited beverage and then to Y Liquor for a special spirits tasting. The final stop will be at the most historic (and probably haunted!) bar in the midwest – the Atlas Saloon.

As with all of our tours, there are no physical tickets. When you arrive to your tour, you will be checked in by one of our staff. You will receive a confirmation email after registration and you will receive a reminder email a few days before your tour.

IMPORTANT TIP FOR GROUPS!!! When booking a large group for any of our tours, it’s best to register all guests at one time to guarantee everyone’s seat on that tour.
We’ve had several parties that have tried to book individually, only to have someone in their group forget or not get registered before the tour sold out. Don’t be left out of the fun!
You can always call the Chamber at 816-630-7500 (Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm) to see how many seats are available on any given tour. We cannot hold those seats without payment!
